JLS have been 'Hot-staging', rolling out and supporting solutions since 1985.

Currently JLS have two dedicated Hot-stage Centres (Dublin and Belfast).
From these locations we manage rollouts and asset reclamation projects of the highest possible quality.

Multi-Vendor Maintenance
By providing Multi-Vendor maintenance we are well positioned to service large organisations that over the years have built their IT infrastructure on a combination of systems and products.
As part of this process we will provide an audit and asset management service for clients, which results in detailed reports on the state of a company's information systems over multiple locations, and advise on the most effective means of managing such systems. Overall, our expertise enables us to offer extensive consultancy services in both hardware and software ranging from mainframes to Windows XP upgrades.
As part of an overall solution we will even broker service contracts, on our clients behalf, with software vendor organisations such as Microsoft.

Onsite Maintenance
We take pride in the quality and response times of our support network. With over 60 engineers based around the country, we can have resources on a customer site within two hours of any reported problem, anywhere in the 32 counties. Because we understand the critical impact of a systems failure on a clients business, we provide this service 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.

ATM Services
JLS Technology has over twenty years experience in the Multi Vendor Maintenance support of ATM's and has the expertise and experience of maintaining numerous OEM's equipment. These include but are not limited to NCR, IBM, Philips and Wincor Nixdorf. With the changes taking place to the methodology of delivering services for ATM equipment, JLS's approach has also changed. In mid 2002 we introduced our new Managed Services offering and also signed an agreement with Wincor Nixdorf as an Approved Services Provider. As part of this agreement we decided to specialise on their Market Leading Procash 1500 model, which is aimed at the convenience ATM market, and have shown immediate success in this arena. JLS was successful in winning the Maintenance and Support for the first convenience ATM supplier, Easycash, now owned by Ulster Bank, to deploy this product in the Irish market. We also provide similar Maintenance and Support Services to other financial institutions.
