instructed by Chartered Physiotherapist Aoife Casey. Feel the
diﬀerence as your core muscles begin to strengthen. Pilates trains
your muscular system through balance, control, alignment,
concentration and an understanding of your body’s skeletal system.
Classes run on Wednesdays 6pm-7pm (beginners) and Thursdays 6pm-7pm (improvers).
