Resistance bands have been around for a long time testament to their strength among the physiotherapy, fitness and rehabilitation community. The resistance tubes set are a better alternative to resistance bands because they can be used on their own or in combination with each other. The set comes with a door anchor, handles, wrist and ankle straps to provide a better all round body conditioning, stretching and strengthening workout. The resistance tubes are often used only for rehabilitating an injured joint or muscle but are often used to replace or in conjunection with weights routines. They are safer than weights and can still provide a strength workout.
