Meditation and relaxation practices can help quieting the constant chatter inside. 

Learn in a safe and supportive atmosphere ways of bringing the mind to a more peaceful state.  All ages are welcome.

 

Weekly classes in Glenageary (1 minute walk from Dart station).  Tuesdays, 8 to 9 pm.

Starting on September 27. €10 per class for 5 classes or €15 drop-in rate.
