Geraldine has a wealth of knowledge and experience and can assist you through illness, difficult times and challenges by facilitating you in a gentle and understanding way to do your own healing.
People come for a variety of reasons, from illnesses such as anxiety, depression, acne, chest infections, hormonal issues and recurrent and chronic illnesses, to difficult past experiences such as abuse, grief or separation. Geraldine can help with times of transitions such as puberty and menopause or during any stressful time when you need guidance and support.

Geraldine offers all new clients an intake session. All aspects of your life are discussed during the session - your relationships, your job, your personal history, past traumatic expericences, medical history, current medical issues, sleep patterns, food preferences and your general likes and dislikes. This comprehesive review of your life to date is very healing experience in and of itself, facilitated in a safe, confidential, supportive and non-judgemental environment. Intake sessions last two hours and cost 95 euro.
Healing - how does it work?
They say “Our HEALTH is our WEALTH” and it is TRUE. I believe the root of illness and dis-ease is in past trauma (could be small or big event), whether we are aware of it or not. Physical ailments are a sign from our system that there is something wrong and needs to be dealt with. I see these physical symptoms as manifestations of mental and emotional issues that have not been dealt with. FEAR keeps us from going there, fear is like a big wall we build up in front of this trauma, it’s the ego or humanness, stopping us from going there and sorting it out. Usually when people do brave it and go there to sort out the problems, they realise that the FEAR itself was bigger than the actual trauma. When they scaled the wall of fear, the trauma was easy to deal with and resulted in great healing. We don’t re-live trauma, we go back to offer healing to the situation. Conventional medication may be necessary in some situations, but mostly medication suppresses the trauma. Great care has to be taken if coming off any medications and this must be done with the person who prescribed them in a planned and managed way.
A lot of the time, the trauma stops us from doing what we most WANT in life. It’s like we stop ourselves by building up this big wall of FEAR for some strange and distorted reason. If we most want to DANCE, our illness will stop us from doing this. Once we take responsibility for our healing, we can let go of these perceptions and live life to the full, be our BEST SELF, be HAPPY. We are such POWERFUL beings. ♥♥♥♥♥
