Below is a list of some the courses and services we can provide. 6 Week Fitness & Fat Loss Course....... Designed to burn fat, build muscle and to drop a dress size or two. Look And Feel Great Inside And Out. Pre- Season Strength & Conditioning For Rugby, Soccer, GAA or Hockey Teams etc......Perform chin ups, prowler runs, sled drags, Kettlebell swings and many more sports specific exercises at your training ground. Fitness In Motion can set up in 20-30mins and cater for up to 30 players. Personal & Small Group Training.....Save time commuting to the gym have Fitness In Motion come to your home, workplace or a local park. This will help you stay motivated and on track. You can also avail of our small group training courses which we run at locations across south dublin or why not organise some friends, family or work colleques to exercise with. Pilates & Fitness Classes For Your Company......Simply organise a space in your carpark or conference room and Fitness In Motion will do the rest. We are fully insured and qualified. The majority of our corporate clients run the classes through their sports and social club. If there is no sports & social club in place we can deal directly with staff or through the company. Secondary School Fitness Program....Fitness In Motion can help by running a Strength And Conditioning Program for your school's Rugby, Hockey, Soccer, Basketball or Netball team's.
