All but one of the senior officials of Greenfield Project Management Ltd long ago quit the company, which had been attempting to develop a major bioethanol project in Belarus, without success.
In a statement on the former website of the company the former officers stated:
"All of the senior officers of Greenfield Project Management Ltd have resigned, with the exception of Mr Michael Rietveld, chief executive officer and a director of the company.
The other director, chairwoman Anne McClain, has resigned from the company, as have the following:
John Scott, CFO
Per Sjöberg, CTO
Basil Miller, Director Corporate Communications
Andrei Aleinikov, Director Belarus RO
Iryna Ananich, Director Chernobyl Bio-clean (EEP)
Also no longer connected with or employed by it is Alexander Ahryzau, former technical director of the Greenfield RO.
The company now no longer exists, having been struck off the list of registered companies in Ireland by the CRO, on 18 September 2011. Its directors Michael Rietveld and James McCann (aka James Kennedy) are being investigated by the Dutch prosecutor and fiscal police.
