- To Pan Fry:
Fry in a pre-heated lightly oiled pan on a medium heat for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
- To Barbeque:
Cooking Big Al's Quarter Pounders over a barbecue gives a unique and delicious flavour. Always cook slowly and avoid excessive charring.
