Big Al's Homestyle Quarter Pounders are suitable for grilling, barbecuing or frying. For best results cook from Frozen. Appliances may vary. The following instructions are guidelines only, adjust cooking times to suit your particular appliance.

  • To Grill:
    Pre-heat grill to a medium heat. Grill for 14 - 16 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • To Pan Fry:
    Fry in a pre-heated lightly oiled pan on a medium heat for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • To Barbeque:
    Cooking Big Al's Homestyle Quarter Pounders over a barbecue gives a unique and delicious flavour. Always cook slowly and avoid excessive charring.

Ensure burgers are piping hot throughout, juices run clear, and no pink colour remains before serving.
