These are relaxing classes for those feeling stressed, or finding it difficult to quieten the mind, or relax the body. They are an ideal way to start the week, or to unwind at the end of the day.
Morning and Evening classes are available and take place in Dalkey, South County Dublin.
The classes are facilitated by Carolyn Sinnott, an accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist, with over 10 years experience in Mindfulness Meditation and Movement practices.
