Whilst many of our customers are happy to get on with the job of building their own applications, sometimes with the help of the Glorsoft support group, some are entering into the voice application arena for the first time. At Glorsoft we provide a complete range of services to assist experienced developers and new-comers alike.
If you are a competent .Net developer but would like a little handholding to get familiar with the telephony world, then our Jumpstart Training services are ideal. We can provide one-to-one training at any location or can facilitate training for multiple attendees in a classroom style environment.
If you have a specific application requirement and don't have the necessary resources to facilitate the development inhouse you may be interested in outsourcing the development to Glorsoft or one of our partners in your region. We provide a complete design and development package, all based on our Velocity engine and the Dialogic telephony hardware environment.
Premium Support Services
If you have opted to not take subscription with your perpetual licence, you can still access our support for an hourly fee. We would of course recommend to all perpetual licence customers that they do maintain subscription on their perpetual licences as subscription also includes all software updates.
We don't provide a guaranteed service response with our standard support. If you require a guaranteed response time and/or out of hours support then we can tailor a support package to meet your needs.
