The Mailstream Monitor is a stand-alone solution for checking the document integrity mailpieces exiting from a mailing machine. A discrete code is printed on the first page of the document set to show through the window of each envelope, read by either a bar code scanner or a camera and then checked for validity against a database held on the module. Correct envelopes are transported onto the conveyor at the end of the machine, whilst envelopes in which an error is detected are diverted.

ADF Process and Data Collection

Once a mailing application grows to the point where every mailpiece is not constructed exactly the same way, some form of intelligent inserter control is required so that each mailpiece can be uniquely processed. It reconciles actual results with job specifications, archives and retrieves job specifications and data, automatically regenerates mail, and offers flexible network connectivity.
