Due to an increase in business, we are assisting one of Northern Ireland’s leading Civil Engineering Contractor’s in searching for and selecting a suitable experienced and qualified Health & Safety Manager to commence work in the coming weeks for 15 month contract duration in West Donegal.

The Successful Applicant Will Possess:

PSCS Certification

A 3rd level Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field

A minimum of 3+ years experience gained in health & Safety Management within the R.O.I. market, within a Civil Engineering environment.

Desirable:

Previous experience gained working on roads/highways projects is highly sought after

The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary and the security of working on a contact of 15 months in duration.

Description:

The operations manager will have overall responsibility for manufacturing operations, will manage the New Product Development process from concept through to prototype to production, and will lead the provision of technical support to internal and external customers.

Skills/ Required:

  • A recognised degree in Mechanical Engineering/Design.
  • 7 years relevant post qualification experience, 5 of which will have been gained in a manufacturing environment.
  • The ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
  • Candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent Project Management/Planning experience, with highly effective multi tasking skills.
  • Candidates will be self motivated and have the ability to work on your own initiative and to lead a team.

Loft Installers – Temporary Roles

We represent one of Northern Ireland’s premier Insulation Installers, their commitment to customer satisfaction and ongoing development into new geographical regions has afforded them the opportunity to grow their customer base considerably year on year over the course of the past 16 years.

The organisation is experiencing a period of significant growth and demand for their products and services have never been greater. To allow them to meet customer demand, they wish to employ a number of Loft Insulation Installers to be based at their headquarters in Draperstown.

The Ideal candidate MUST possess a full driving license with over 1 year’s driving experience with vehicles of up to 3.5tonne. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in Loft Insulation. A strong background in Construction or a related field is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal colleagues.

This position will involve travelling across Northern Ireland to carry out jobs to a satisfactory level on a daily basis; therefore flexibility towards working hours is absolutely essential. The ideal applicant will possess an up to date CSR Card or Safe Pass. A strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure are absolutely essential. Applicants must be comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights. Applicants must also possess customer facing experience as this forms an integral part of this role.
