All hotel operations are supervised by our outstanding Vice President of Operations, Phillip D. Kinnison, CHA. In concert with hotel management he carefully monitors all areas of hotel operations including Rooms, Front Office and Reservations, Food and Beverage, Maintenance, and Transportation.

He also oversees the timely filing of sales and use tax returns, pays most invoices, and manages hotel cash.
