Croskerrys’ charges are carefully tailored to the service we provide and are established by negotiation with our clients.

There are normally three elements of charge associated with debt recovery work:-

Scale Fees:
These are set by the Government and are on a sliding scale depending on the value of the debt. They include all of the outlay involved in the collection process, e.g. Stamp Duty and Postage, and are recoverable from the debtor.Costs:
Because the Scale Fees on their own are not remunerative, additional charges are made which are not recoverable from the debtor.Commission:
A percentage commission charge is made on all amounts recovered after the case is transferred to us.
