Marketing: Offers primary and secondary market research, feasibility studies, market development and marketing planning. Design development and implementation of research tools, such as surveys and focus groups to analyse, test, review and evaluate project elements. Sales and marketing development programmes and support systems and tools.
Event Organisation & Management: Organisation and management of conferences, seminars, trade fairs, ministerial conferences, tourism and other festivals. Includes programme development, venue selection, services (catering, translations, security etc) budget development, cost monitoring, transcription, presentation of masterplans and conference documentation and follow-up (Paper distribution, website etc)
Capacity Building; Training needs analysis, training programme development and delivery, and continuous learning programmes, mentoring and advisory services.
