Costs:

Unlike other IT providers we are not shy about giving you our prices upfront:

'Pay-As-You-Play'  - this means that an engineer is onsite only whenever you call if you want work done or in the case of an emergency and the hourly rate is €80+Vat. You are billed by the minute and if the engineer spends 10-20mins finishing a task you will only be billed for 1 hour of work.

Service Level Agreement (SLA) - TangarineIT Ltd. will provide you with the very best of care for your business and your systems. You will see an engineer once a week for 1 hour (or whatever suits your requirements) and in the event of an emergency our engineer will be onsite or online within one hour of the initial call. The hourly cost is reduced to between €65 - €75+Vat per hour (depending on the system) and you would be expected to pay at the beginnning of the month. The monthly cost would be the same every month.
