Connexus Communications Ltd customers enjoy a very high level of after sales service and customer support.
All systems are supplied with a one year warranty from the date of commissioning.
A PRIORITY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT is available after the warranty period has expired.
We strongly recommend that customers avail of this facility.

• Telephone help support 5 days a week
• Response times in line with maintenance agreement service level
• Preventative Maintenance Inspection during the year by arrangement

• Weekend on-site & telephone support response available with higher levels of service agreement
• Provision of technical training to enable first line response by customers
• Nominated sales and technical support team
• Remote diagnostics capability
