Site Survey Document

Whether a new build or remodelling to improve work flows, from concept to completion we strive to design an efficient and economical kitchen. By completing a detailed survey this gives us a good brief of your requirements.

Mechanical & Electrical Requirement Layout

After the final layout has been agreed and approved by the relevant authorities we produce a detailed mechanical and electrical layout requirement drawing.

These plans are fully dimensioned and indicate specific details or notes. Once the equipment arrives on site, it is extremely important to have the proper services in the correct location to ensure smooth installation and equipment operation.

Elevation Details

Elevation detail will give the operator an idea of what the equipment line up will look like from a frontal view.

Quotation Request Document

On all projects that require a bid, we can prepare an itemized written equipment specification for each item identified on the equipment plan. This ensures all bidders are bidding on a level playing field.

3D Visuals Low Resolution

Our low resolution visuals are done in house and give the client an overall impression of how their outlet will look on completion at a realistic cost.

3D Visuals High Resolution

At present our high resolution visuals are completed out of house and although the image quality is of a higher standard these visuals can prove to be quite expensive.
