Our foods have been specially formulated to provide a wide range of species with a safe, highly nutritious diet. These high calorie foods provide the birds with the energy they need in order to survive and have proved popular with more than 80 different species.
We have developed these foods with the needs of the birds in mind and you can be confident they are the very best available. Whatever the species you wish to attract and care for, our foods will allow you to provide your garden visitors with a nutritious, high-energy diet.
Whether you wish to feed from a feeder, a bird table or the ground, our foods will help you to attract a wide range of birds to your garden and help to encourage them to return time and time again. The range also includes foods popular with a range of other wildlife, including hedgehogs and badgers.
Our foods fall into the following categories:
By feeding our foods you will be helping to provide the birds with a nutritious diet, vital for their survival. Our research has shown that many other bird foods available are not sufficiently high in energy, oils or protein and are a poor substitute to the birds' natural food supply. We have illustrated the calorific values of our most popular foods to show you just how nutritious our foods are.
This simple guide indicates whether a food is suitable for feeding from the ground, a table or a feeder. This information is provided next to each of the foods.
Please Note: to the best of our knowledge our foods do not contain genetically modified ingredients.
Regular customers will notice that some of our larger food bag sizes have changed from 20kg to 15kg, 16kg or 18kg sizes. This change is due to the volume of the food in the bags. The foods affected all required a seperate size bag to accomodate 20kg of food. In recent years we have been looking at ways to reduce how much packaging we use and improve our overall efficiency.
Please note: although of premium quality, our food is not for human consumption.
Note for pet owners
Dog and cat owners should take extra care not to allow their pets to eat any products containing raisins and sultanas as, even in small amounts, these dried fruits can cause serious kidney problems.
We have marked those products that contain these ingredients with this specific icon (see right).
