When your business avails of this level of support they do not have a contract. However, you do have the option to avail of our “pay as you go maintenance”. We have a wide range of call out rates to suit the needs of any organization. We would recommend this arrangement for small businesses as you only pay our fee on a per visit basis.

Silver:

When a business purchases this level of support they pay a yearly fee which entitles them to discounted call out rates. With this package you also benefit from telephone support with our experienced support Staff. This option entitles you to 8 hour callout response times.

Gold:

This is our Premium level of service, especially for businesses whose needs would be greater. This service is a yearly fee also. The Gold Maintenance contract offers all the I.T. cover you will ever need. This service also comes with preventative maintenance, where we will provide a consultant who will visit your site for 90 hours over the space of the 12 monthly contract either 1 day a month, or whatever way suits your business needs, this ensures that your systems keep running with maximum efficiency. This also entitles you to 4 hour callout response times and loan equipment if we are unable to repair yours.

Where our telephone support desk can not give the technical support to resolve the faults, an appropriately qualified engineer will visit onsite within the relevant contractual response time. Loan equipment is subject to availability.
