Our Nursing Services
We were delighted to be chosen as their partners for delivery of this service as uniquely we can offer expertise of experience of home care with that of nursing care. We are committed to the success of this project with the expectation that the funding will be renewed, establishing this project as an on-going vital service to families in need of support. As care in the community is widely accepted as the way forward, InHome care places itself at the forefront of initiatives and developments that lead delivery of care in the home in the direction of client needs. The challenges and the learning they provide continue to develop the character of our company and our ability to respond to our clients.
Services for Adults & Children with Physical & Intellectual Disabilities
Inhome Care provides quality client centred services to adults and children with physical and intellectual disabilities in their home or in a community residential setting. Inhome Care follows the Personal Assistance approach to care delivery as defined by the Philosophy of Independant Living.
Inhome Care recognises the need in delivering a service that can help the older person stay in their own homes and retain their independence for as long as possible. In order to meet this need, Inhome Care provide home, personal assistance and minor medical care (e.g. dressing of wounds by trained nurses).
Inhome Care also provides a Convalescence service to assist individuals with recuperation and recovery after surgery or serious illness with support from trained carers in the comfort of their homes.
Mental Health Care
Inhome Care aims to provide services to people experiencing mild to severe mental health difficulties. These can frequently affect younger people who often require a high level of care. The families of these clients often find it very distressing to look after a person in the throes of a mental breakdown. Often the most basic activities of daily living (i.e. selecting what to wear, working out what to cook for dinner, motivation to clean or tidy) are a huge challenge to a person suffering from Depression, Schizophrenia or Bi-Polar Disorder.
If your loved one has a sudden requirement for increased need in care, for example following a fall or illness, we are ready to be your partners in responding to emergency. We have on On-call service operating 24 hours a day 7 days per week including bank holidays and our dedicated team will be on hand to support and assist you.
24 / 7 Care
This means that there will always be a professional & experienced Care Manager at the end of the phone at any time of the day should you require any assistance with your service.
InHome Care ensures it staff are fully trained in the area of palliative care in order to provide the best service possible to our clients. It is for this reason that we send a number of our carers on training courses in palliative..
