| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.We accept MasterCard, Visa Laser and PayPal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phoneor by post.If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and so long as the order has not been dispatched or personalised we will correct the mistake.When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. As with most coloured products, slight tonal variations can occur between stocks from different batches and suppliers; also, the settings on your monitor may reproduce colours differently to the actual product colours. For these reasons we cannot undertake to supply perfect colour matches to those seen on screen or even seen by sample. However we will try to ensure that the identical shade is used throughout your final orderRequests for Samples:
We fully understand the difficulties of purchasing products on the internet, and the worry of not knowing exactly what you are ordering until it arrives. We have introduced no minimum order quantities for our boxes so that individual boxes can be purchased as samples. For items such as nets and flowers which are sold in packets of 25s or 12s, a single sample can be purchased (there is a maximum order allowance of 1 sample per product). For ribbons we have introduced a sample length of 1m and free snippets. We will only send out free snippets and paper petals in colours appropriate to your requirements, i.e. you cannot request 1 of each colour.Preparing orders which contain samples is quite a time consuming process so this service is only available on a small scale. We cannot facilitate orders whereby a customer has ordered multiple colours of a particular product (e.g. one colour of each plain tulle net). Nor can we process orders requesting samples over a value of €10.00 (we are flexible with this total if we see an obvious pattern to you requests e.g. everything is along a particular colour theme.)
| Shipping And Handling We only ship to addresses within the 32 counties in Ireland. Shipping for most orders is a flat fee of €6.50 and is free on orders over €100.00 however some sample products have the option of being shipped by An Post (www.anpost.ie) We use Fastway Couriers to ship all our parcels. Your contact number is listed underneath the address so that the courier can contact you if required. Sorry, is not possible for us to text or ring you when an order is dispatched. Nor can we ensure a request for the the courier to contact you prior to delivery will be carried out (however if you note this in the delivery instructions we do try to note it on the parcel). We will send you an email once the order has left our premices to notify you of its dispatched. Local CollectionWe are based in Waterford. If you would like to collect your order simply note this is the notes section at the checkout. The postage charge will remain on the order, however this will be manually removed by our office prior to processing payment.Please note: collecting the order WILL NOT speed up delivery. The order is only ready for collection once it is in stock (standard lead times apply) and has been picked. Once an order as picked it is ususally dispached that afternoon (provided its a normal working day). For orders being collected we will email you once the order is picked to arrange a suitable date and time for collection. So in theory collection of an order may take longer.We must stress that order collection is only suitable for local customers as the office is not manned and collection slots are worked around our kitchen schedule. If you miss your collection slot you need to be in a position to call back another time/day.Returns and Cancellations If you change your mind: You have the right to return goods (with the exception of items with have been made to order, (e.g. assembled boxes, printed items, etc.) and confectionary) without giving a reason, within a seven-day period, known as the cooling off period. If you return goods, as detailed, within 14 days, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note, we cannot refund the original cost of delivery unless the goods were faulty or we had delivered the goods to you in error. Goods must be received unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Goods not received back in an acceptable condition may be refused. To return an item to us for a refund just follow these simple steps: |
1. Copy your invoice or write a note with your details. (Please be sure to include your Order Reference number (this can be found on your invoice note or order confirmation email).
2. Pack the unused or faulty item and its original packaging securely and send the package, together with a copy of the invoice or invoice details to the address below:

IrelandWe recommend that you use some form of Recorded Delivery when sending returns as we cannot issue a refund for goods that do not reach us. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless the goods were faulty or we had delivered the goods to you in error.
| Samples Please allow 21-28 days weeks for DIY and Ready to Use samples (for personalised items standard lead times apply). Although this seems quite a long time for samples, this lead time is in place as if any item is out of stock whether a quantity of 1 or 1000 is required it still takes approximately 21-28 days to bring that item into stock. If however items are in stock we always aim to send sample orders out as soon as possible but we must first give priority to orders which are due for assembly. |

| Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery. You can always return goods if they are defective. You should inspect the goods as soon as you receive them for defects or damage. We must be notified within 3 working days of any items received defective, damaged or if there is a shortfall in the quantity sent. Simply return the damaged goods using An Posts recorded parcel delivery service and we will issue a replacement if available or if required by the customer a refund. Where goods are damaged, incorrect or faulty, the cost of returning the goods will be reimbursed to the customer. Incorrect quantity received: We must be notified within 3 working days if there is a shortfall in the quantity sent. Cancellations:
You are free to cancel your order up until the order goes into production (e.g. ready to use favours, printed items) or up until the goods are dispatched in the case of all other items. You can cancel your order by emailing us at [email]. Please include your Order Reference number and full details of your order. Please note that you CANNOT cancel your order once it has been dispatched, assembled or printed, if you wish to cancel an order that has already been dispatched you will need to return the item(s) to us for a refund in accordance with our Returns policy (see above). We cannot accept returns for items which have been customised, or made to order.
