The first consulation is FREE which lasts for 1 hour, so you can decide if personal training is for you. At this meeting we discuss the persons goals and objectives and how best to achieve them. We also address other aspects of your health such as your diet.
 
 
Is personal training for you: if you want to:
 
lose weight?
get motivated?
recover from injury?
look good?
 
 
A typical session will involve 50 minutes of exercise, with 10 minutes of discussion, advice and planning for further sessions. Most training sessions will take place outdoors, but can also take place in studio, your home or workplace.
 
30 minute sessions are also available.
