Brophy Solicitors are representing Michael Flannery, a former member of the Co. Galway hunting group 'Galway Blazers', whose horse Lauwry died in 2008. Mr Flannery believes that his horse's death was as a result of being struck on the face with a stick at the hunt. See attached article from the Irish Mail on Sunday for further details.
