Implementation & Project Management
Implementing change requires specialist expertise especially when it involves significant business process re-engineering and core operations. For these types of projects planning and management is vital, at Brook we plan and manage your project for you or alternatively assist you with your own project management tasks.
Brook provides training on its full product suite. This can be given on an informal one-to-one basis for small groups or in a formal classroom style for larger groups. Ad-Hoc training can be provided as required and we can tailor courses to suit client's individual needs. Training is normally given on the client site and by arrangement, but if on-site facilities are unavailable we can provide full training facilities. Brook also offers scheduled training courses on commonly required topics; customers will be alerted of these as they become available.
Brook offer full after sales support. Unlike many "call centre" type help desks we offer more than just technical help we can also advise on the related business processes (e.g. How do I run a bank rec ?). Standard Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are available on an annual basis, these include the following services:
