Here is a breakdown of the budget for calculating fees for the 2011/2012 Period:

  • Accounting Fees                    2500

TOTAL : €63680

Fee per Apartment = 63680/64 = €995

Notes:

Please note that there are a number of Members who still have outstanding fees. We operate a 30 day credit terms on any member not paying by standing order. Any costs arising out of collection of these fees will be billed to the member directly.

Failure to pay fees by any member causes many problems in the Management of the Apartment Complex. For example, if only 6 members do not pay on time, then the entire budget for Repairs to Lights, Locks etc is missing.
