We offer a full service and repair facility at Ashley Ford. Our team of ten qualified Ford technicians use sophisticated on-board diagnostic software to ensure that your vehicle is properly cared for. We have invested heavily in workshop training, both in-house and externally, to make sure that these technicians are kept up-to-date with all the latest advances in Ford technology.

It is important that you maintain your vehicle in accordance with Ford’s recommended service guidelines, which you will find in your Service Handbook. - Budget Service - We change oil and filter and check levels, lights and tyres.
- Interim service - We change oil and filter, check levels, lights and carry out a comprehensive car condition and safety check, including testing brakes, clutch, tyres and suspension.
- Full Service – We change oil, filters and spark plugs as well as carrying out a comprehensive car condition check.
In addition to routine service work we offer a full vehicle repair service and if your vehicle is within the Ford warranty period we will check to see if any warranty work needs to be done. We also carry out pre-NCT tests. Fast Lane Service.
When you phone to book a Service ask about our Fast Lane Service, which is available where work can be completed within 2 hours. If your vehicle qualifies you can avail of an earlier appointment so that your vehicle is serviced and back on the road sooner. You can relax in our customer waiting area or even book a test drive while you wait. In the event that any additional repair work is required you will be on hand to discuss the option of having our technicians get to work immediately or of making an appointment for another date that suits you.
If you let us have a mobile phone number we will text you to advise on the status of your vehicle’s Service/Repair and when your next service is due we will send you a text to remind you and suggest an appointment time.
We understand the need to keep your Commercial vehicle on the road and to avoid disruption during the working day. We want to minimise your downtime and to do this we will offer an Early Drop Off and Collection or Late Drop Off and Collection facility allowing you to choose whether you are off the road at the beginning or the end of the day. We have dedicated Commercial Vehicle Workshop Bays and Ford technicians specialising the maintenance and repair of Commercial Vehicles.
