Fully integrated process - the customer, vehicle, financial, part exchange and finance company details relating to a vehicle sale will all be passed through from Showroom to Sales Administration. The sales administrators then only have to add any extra lines, change the status of the lines ready for invoicing and print the invoice.
Reassigning PDI and preparation work - Facility to reassign PDI and general preparation work lines from Vehicle Sales and Administration to the Service department. As soon as a preparation line is transferred by sales administration, a line in bold red appears at the top of each service POS screen advising them that there is a vehicle that requires preparation work and when it is required.
Scanning documents - In addition to being able to hold digital images against a vehicle record, it is now possible to scan any form of paper documentation, whether it is an MOT certificate, copy of finance details, Insurance details or HPI information, therefore making record retrieval quicker and easier.
Customer lifestyle profiles - these can be stored allowing more accurate profiling and targeting of customers and prospects.
Tracking customers - ability to track customers between sites if trying to obtain a better deal on their part exchange.
Contact management - all contacts by the sales people are recorded in the CRM/Marketing module, so if a sales person is away the sales manager can immediately see who needs to be followed up. Conversion reports can be obtained to see which sales person is performing the best.
On-screen valuation - when handling part exchanges they can be valued on-screen with either CAP or Glass's guide, providing an accurate valuation and saving time avoiding the need to refer to the price guide.
Integrated link to HPI - allows checks to be performed in the Showroom and Vehicle Sales and Administration modules, downloading results on to your server.
Mandatory and advisable fields - facility to ensure certain customer criteria is either mandatory or advisable when creating customer records. This will save time later in updating and cleansing the database.
Improved profitability - This can be achieved by pre-loading every car with car mats, mud flaps etc, therefore ensuring every car that is sold is already up-sold.
Optional manufacturer franchise data - this is integrated directly into the Showroom module and removes the need for paper vehicle price lists, saving time re-keying data for each vehicle sale.
Demonstrator diary - to enable the sales team to manage the fleet of demonstration vehicles to ensure that no over/double booking occurs.
Quotations - ability to e-mail quotations and also provide a direct link via the web using the Customer On-line Module to enable the customer to view a URL of the quoted vehicle.
KPrint - this can be used to produce professional documentation such as vehicle quotations, orders etc.
