General yoga is great for building strength, flexibility and also helping us to relax. In these troubles times it is important to build up our internal reserves so we can retain a sense of balance and ease. All Black Rugby and the Leinster rugby team do pilates and yoga as part of their regime.
Pregnancy Yoga is so beneficial for mothers-to-be and helps to deal with some of the pains and aches associated with pregnancy. In this class we work on retaining flexibility and also spend time just tuning in to our bodies and our babies. Breathing exercises are also helpful for the birth of baby
